We are not focused on purely business or creative excellence. Farm members are generous, kind hearted, positive-sum, as well as ambitious and successful. The Farm focuses on building holistic wealth, health, and long term fulfillment.
Yes, early founding members enjoy a lifetime fee. Members joining in later cohorts have a yearly fee.
If you engage within the community and still somehow manage to not get 1 new client, fundraising opportunity, meaningful relationship, valuable tax or business insight/opportunity in your first year then yes we are happy to refund you. At the end of the day, The Farm is not for everyone.
Members get the most value out of The Farm if they engage in the online community and attend a few group weekend trips a year.
Extraordinary young people. The journey of early success is lonely and often doesn’t fit into the conventional narratives. Everyone in here has taken the third door and is extremely successful for their age–millions of followers, 6-9 figures in revenue, etc. Most applicants are entrepreneurs, creatives, and creators who have already made their mark on the world, but we care deeply about trajectory as well.
